I’m a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and the founder of FULLRESET Recovery & Performance. My background began with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology & Health Science, followed by formal training in massage therapy at Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy.

What is FULLRESET?

I created FULLRESET with the belief that your body needs regular maintenance to stay in optimal condition. Life, training, work, and stress accumulate over time, pulling the body away from how it’s meant to move and feel. My role is to help bring it back.
